respetuoso ,llenos de fe y siempre ayudando aquellos que necesitan de nosotros. Los santeros debemos guiar a los aleyos a su crecimiento espiritual y santoral

·       Ayudarlos en sus problemas y necesidades

·       Animarlos en sus tristezas y depresiones

·       Alentarlos cuando están abatidos y cansados

·       Alimentarlos con los conocimientos

·       Exhortarlos en el amor a Dios; a los eggun, santos y hacia las demás personas

·       Pastorear los si están llendo por el camino equivocado

·       Apoyarlos si son débiles en la fe
